Buying Fresh Umbrian Clay Face Treatment

I'm a mask junkie and like to try different ones. I'm in my late 20s with combo fair, freckled skin with hormonal break outs every now and then on my chin.

I got this mask in a swap on makeupalley, so I didn't pay for it. Thankfully. I love it, BUT I don't find this mask any different from a $10 dead sea mud mask I have. You're paying for the brand name and the "umbrian" clay in my opinion. Neither are making this mask better then others. I'm a big believer that costing more doesn't necessarily make it a superior product.

I like clay/mud masks because they're anti-inflamatory and work well at drying breakouts. They're good to dab on a blemish and leave it alone while you say, clean the house and let it work its mud magic. Otherwise for normal use, I prefer to put one on before a bath or shower so the steam can help it penetrate and then I take it off with a wash cloth for some extra exfoliation.

This particular mask has a light scent to it, nothing offensive. You need to give it a good shake before using because it seems to settle a bit. It does tingle a little, which most likely means its working. Great mask, bad price -- seriously, almost 50 bucks? if it was $20, I would give it 4 or 5 stars. If you've got $50 to throw around, by all means, get this mask.Get more detail about Fresh Umbrian Clay Face Treatment.
